Shipping != downloading

The agreement with Sun allows the JDK to be distributed on CD by OEMs.  I
am aware of at least one vendor who plans to ship the Diablo JDK on their
FreeBSD 4.9 cdrom.

In Apple's case, they fork over a bunch of cash in licensing fees.
