Hubbard" Message-Id: <199509300410.VAA16247@freefall.freebsd.org> To: ports Subject: xearth 1.0 is out Sender: owner-ports@FreeBSD.org Precedence: bulk And drops in simply by blowing away the patches directory and pre-patch rule in the Makefile. Pros: Supports >8bit displays, making it finally possible for me to run xearth (lots of us running in 24 bit all the time now). Various bugs fixed. Cons: Invalidates all of Satoshi's fine work with the -freebsd option. :( I suppose if someone were willing to re-hack in the changes? :-) Otherwise, it would be kinda nice to see the port updated.
