How often are the non-HTML versions of the Handbook supposed to be rebuilt? The files in ftp://ftp.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/ are pretty old. In fact, old enough that the PDF Handbook doesn't have the new bsdinstall chapter needed for FreeBSD 9. The file dates are April 16, 2011, which could actually be accurate.
