For ISO-IMAGES: try

ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/(alpha)|(i386)/ISO-IMAGES/

To install over FTP from floppies try:

ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/releases/(alpha)|(i386)/(some_release)/floppies/
get mfsroot.flp && kern.flp

write them to floppy disks and reboot.

you also might want to take a look at the handbook,
http://www.FreeBSD.org/handbook/index.html
This gives more indepth info on installation and FreeBSD in general.

Good Luck
