Go into the cmos and disable DRAM and SDRAM speculative read.  For PCI 
Bus timing, choose the next higher option.

What is the speed setting for your SDRAM in the CMOS?  Do not use the 
fastest because you do not have 10ns SDRAM.  Is it one module or two?
