1.  Install Apache, the httpd server daemon.  It's on the CD under 
ports/net, or you can pull it from ftp.freebsd.org in 
/pub/FreeBSD/ports-current/www.

No, but you can either use XMosaic or the i386-unknown-bsd version of 
Netscape, or whatever you like.
