That makes it unuseable ;) When a disk gets damaged, and you have to pull out at first all the components to put it into a pc (at first you have to find one when you are away from home in a computer center) in case the raidcontroler does not automaticaly rebuild the RAID on a new added disk.. then RAID is completely unusable and non-sense on Alpha....
