I've notified Shimokawa-san before, though, monster.jp.freebsd.org has
been cvsup'ing from freefall regularly.  Right now, the machine is not
located in nearby the backbone, but it will be moved to 100base/T
network which is pretty close to the WIDE backbone.  So, I think it
would be better to use monster as the master cvsup server for all
mirrors inside Japan.
