Hi!

I recently got connected over another ISP. I followed the procedure to get
FreeBSD to use it as an ISP in the handbook and in the FAQ. But it is
incredibly slow! About 30-40 bytes/sec!!! So, I checked out the logs, and
found something quite unusual in them...

It seems that a protocol isn't negociated correctly...

What is wrong? (I included my ppp.conf file...)
