Subject:   Using $PREFIX in config.input?

I'm trying to update the qpage port.  The latest version comes with a
configure script, which has a few hardwired paths in config.input, for
example:

QPAGE_CONFIG="/etc/qpage.cf"

What's the best way to change this so that $PREFIX is prepended to the
files?
