Your imapd.conf was removed when you pkg_deleted the cyrus package.  This
can be fixed by removing etc/imapd.conf  from the pkg-plist, as
pkg-install/pkg-deinstall handle the install/removal of imapd.conf.

Did you notice if it removed your ../etc/imap/mailboxes file also?  (PR
20888)
