Synopsis: one minor complaint about the kernel visual config code State-Changed-From-To: closed-open State-Changed-By: bde State-Changed-When: Mon Oct 21 20:04:22 PDT 1996 State-Changed-Why: This area is still completely broken in userconfig: 1) you can't change the irq or port to -1. 2) if the irq or port is initially -1, then you can't change it period. 3) similarly for other cases where -1 or 0 is magic.
