With this new LLVM/Clang layout comes the strong likely hood there are
bugs due to the rearrangement of files.

Once things have settled a bit and 3.3 is released I plan to give the
3.1 and 3.2 ports a similar treatment.  The dragonegg port similarly
needs some work especially now that newer versions work with GCC 4.6,
4.7, and 4.8.
