The port has been removed, replaced by s2tc (see r412096). =20

I am happy to give maintainership over to x11@.  However, the policy ov=
er at=20
kde@ is they prefer individuals to maintain ancillary ports (reduces th=
e load=20
on the team).  In that spirit I am also happy to maintain s2tc (with a =
blanket=20
approval to x11 to change the port - please just give me a FYI). =20
