Hi Muhannad,

At first some things to questions:
1) Please use always reply-all to cc the list (if any cc'ed before)
2) Please avoid top posting
3) Read /usr/src/UPDATING before updating world and kernel (it seems you
    had not)
4) Read the homepage of the ports if they're fail, first

You've compiled www/mod_php4 with apache2 support. This is marked as 
experimental in php 4.2.x, fine work is expected at least with 4.3.

You either have to use apache13 or find the missing declaration include 
file(s) using find(1) and grep(1).
