No, this shows who built the kernel, on what machine and where the final
kernel config was located.  releng1.nyi.freebsd.org is one of the
release engineering teams' build servers, so this will appear in the
boot messages for the default kernels you get by installing from the
official media or by using freebsd-update(8)

While you can PXE boot a FreeBSD machine, it takes some effort to set
up.  The system as installed from the standard install media doesn't
have PXE boot capability enabled by default.
