In order, the answers to your questions are "I already have for 90% of it" and "I do not have commit priviledges". It is being worked on by various people. I know David and Jeffrey are both working on the Lite2 integration, which is a prerequisite for progress in a lot of areas, not just the ones I'm interested in. Give them some time, please.
