Hello:

	I had this problem before, and the patch did not work.  What I did
to fix it was DELETE the source directory containing the rmuser command.
I forget at the moment, but it may be /usr/src/sbin.  Then I downloaded
the source tree again, which gave me the new updated source, and did a
"make install" in that directory.
