The first one -D HAVE_ESOUND seems to compile just fine but it doesn't work with esd when I run esd & from the xterm and than run freeamp freeamp always says the device is busy. USE_ESOUND=yes produces a cannot fork: resource unavailable or and over again and still does not work with ESD. I checked the pluggins part of freeamp but there is no pluggin for Esound only for soundcard, waveout. What have I missed?
