Could you provide a link to the driver you downloaded.

When you ran ndisgen to create the kernel module, did you specify the
32bit driver or the 64bit driver?  You should be using the 64bit
driver on FreeBSD/amd64.

When you kldloaded the kernel module, did it indicate any required
NDIS functions were missing?
