	I know that this isn't much of a solution, but even when I tweeked
Squid 2.x to use as little memory as possible, it kept a lot of RAM in use
for some reason.  I eventually gave up and went to Squid 1.1, which didn't
do this.  If you're curious about the details of its behavior, email me.
