	the jdk 1.3 port  (patchrevision 5) is broken.
	It builddepends on  linux-blackdown-jdk-1.3.1_4, which is
	- forbidden (but that can be helped by editing the make file)
	- broken (cant open makefile error)
	therefore jdk13 can't be built any more.
