Probably you should put it into NETGRAPH (And therefore use I4B 0.96).
man netgraph(3) or see the NETGRAP artice on http://www.daemonnews.org .
BTW: I'm verry interrestet in a V110 Implementation as well.
I've the V.110 doku sitting here, it's just difficult to understand :-)
  (As usual...)
If possible we should avoid using Linux code too much because of the GPL.
BTW: Where is the V.110 code in Linux?
