Subject: Please help with a sound problem

Hello,

I am having problems getting sound to work on this PC.
Sorry my first and second message data was not readable... Is this one OK.

Please reply to me directly because I am NOT a member
of this "questions@FreeBSD.org"; mailing list. I do
read the "Stable" list.

Thanks in advance for your time!
Ben Hacker, Jr.

My configuration is based upon:
http://www.dvl-software.com/freebsd/sound.htm

Below I am providing info from:
 - uname -a
 - cat /dev/sndstat
 - dmesg
 - pnpinfo

For the error about "pcm0" in dmesg output... pcm0 is
defined in my kernel config. When I tried to change it
to pcm1, dmesg said pcm2 was configured correctly and
pcm1 now had the error that was pcm0. The device
number just jumped up by one. I therefore put it back
to the original settings.
