To support a project I'm working on, I need to build a system with relatively large (50G or so) array, and would like to use FreeBSD to do so, and use (probably) a SCSI array as opposed to an NFS based solution. I noticed that you were touting your use of FreeBSD for your 130G system... and so I figured you might be able to share some insight. Any info you could provide would be great... specifically what disk/array/raid products you're using, and any tips/tricks/hints to making a large site with FreeBSD scale. If this question is just completely off-base, I apologize. If this should be rerouted to someone else... please let me know.
