On TECRA 550CDT (Toshiba laptop) I get "unable to configure sio1" at
reboot. The internal modem is connected to irq 3 & 9.

The section 5.3.7 on Handbook says..

"if you have internal modem on COM4 and a serial port at COM2 you will have
to change the IRQ of the modem to 2 (for obscure resaons IRQ 2 = IRQ 9 in
order to access it from FreeBSD)."

How do you change the IRQ of the internal modem on a laptop.
