Unfortunately no, according to=C2=A0https://wiki.freebsd.org/Graphics=C2=A0=
the
Radeon HD 8000 'Sea Islands' series is not supported at all yet.

My understanding is that once i915 is upgraded to the equivalent of
Linux 3.8 things should start moving somewhat faster.
