Not only 9.x. 10.x has OpenSSL 1.0.1. Some ports require 1.0.2 which is in p=
orts. Openssl 1.1.0 is soon to be released but almost certainly won't be in 1=
1. It's likely to always be an issue. It's up to each individual maintainer t=
o make certain his or her ports behave correctly if binaries link to one ano=
ther. For a port like this the proper solution is to use the least intrusive=
 option.=20
