Take out 16 MB, or add another 16 MB for the installation.  This is a
known problem, and mentioned in ERRATA.TXT on the FTP sites (but
didn't make it into ERRATA.TXT on the CD-ROM, apparently).

You can run it fine with 48 MB once it's installed.
