Sebastiaan,

Sorry for the late reply... just got back from vacation.  Anyway, try
adding this line to /boot/loader.conf:

	machdep.pccard.mem_start=0xd0000

Something changed somewhere around 4.4 that broke Xircom support for a lot
of people... this tweak fixes it for many of them.  You can use other
values (0xd4000, 0xd8000, etc.) if the one above doesn't help.

(I *think* you can set this variable from loader.conf; if it doesn't like
that try the same line in /etc/sysctl.conf).
