on t1lib's main site,
http://www.neuroinformatik.ruhr-uni-bochum.de/ini/PEOPLE/rmz/t1lib/t1lib.html
it said that the latest version is 1.1.0

for now, you cant get 1.1.0 from MASTER_SITE_SUNSITE (i dont know why)
but you can get it from
ftp://ftp.neuroinformatik.ruhr-uni-bochum.de/pub/software/t1lib/
