Stan,

I haven't heard of "Oralce," nor am I aware of the "4.0 STABEL" release of 
FreeBSD.  If I were you, I'd start by carefully checking the spelling of 
the installation script(s) and/or command lines you're using--specially if 
you wrote them.  You'd be surprised at what may be lurking there...
