I think you should change it to the correct md5. The machine ftp.freebsd.org
gets the stuff from, probably use ports/Tools/scripts/distclean.sh or
something similar otherwise there will be chaos. The are a lot of distfiles
without version numbers in them. I use distclean.sh myself on
ftp.za.freebsd.org to get rid of distfiles with the wrong md5.
