I need NO_FETCH to eliminate non-standard targets in ru-netscape
as you asking.  It was your problem, not mine.

Very recently I ask you can I commit something new or fix ru-* stuff
and you answer yes.

If you don't want any commits you must lift code freeze.

Feel free to back out whatever you want, I don't because I simple can't guess
your intentions, you say different things in each time.
