            Bug ID: 192428
Summary: ports-mgmt/pkg: pkg install does not respect -f /
                    --force
           Product: Ports Tree
           Version: Latest
          Hardware: Any
                OS: Any
            Status: Needs Triage
          Severity: Affects Some People
          Priority: ---
         Component: Individual Port(s)
          Assignee: freebsd-ports-bugs@FreeBSD.org
          Reporter: andriys@gmail.com

pkg-install(8) manual says:

-f, --force
Force the reinstallation of the package if already installed.

This does not work for me. If I trying to reinstall some package using

# pkg install -f <pkg-name>

I always get: "The most recent version of packages are already installed".

This is broken in at least the following pkg versions: 1.3.4, 1.3.5 and
1.3.5.1.
