You know what, that's exactly what I told Peter too.  That would be
much easier from the CVS point of view (we can just cvs remove and
completely forget about "PostgreSQL").  Besides, the distfile is all
lowercase anyway.

P.S. I don't think the capitalization is funky, though...it looks
     somewhat like "FreeBSD", if you know what I mean. :)
