More pertinently, even if commercial use is restricted, distribution is 
not.  "Netscape is on the CD, but you can't use it for commercial 
purposes."  Aha.  Kind of like nobody uses the current "evaluation" 
binaries for commercial purposes.  8)

There are some other interesting issues too; if redistribution of 
binaries built from modified source is legal, I would guess it'll take 
no more than a few weeks for a version with decent encryption to become 
available outside the USA.

It certainly reads that way.  I think I'll wait and read the fine print 
first though.
