unfortunately, i can't remember behaivor this counters with ipfw1, but on
computer marked "<here i DL>" (running 4.9 with ipfw1) have same counters:

00001 120794245 61279699894 count ip from any to any in recv fxp0
00002 139895587 13633742418 count ip from any to any out xmit fxp0

(fxp0 - external if). And counter 1 show _real_ volume traffic.

So, the question: why download traffic showns real numbers, rather
upload - not?
