Does it claim to be a NIC, or a serial modem, and what does it appear as
to FreeBSD?  Know anything about other cards that might or might not
support FreeBSD?  I believe Sierra has some...  I'd be interested,
needless to say, in decent reception, but any reception is better than no
reception :-).
