As Tim mentioned, the W2K machine has to be in /etc/hosts.lpd, and of
course you have to have lpd running (lpd_enable="YES" in /etc/rc.conf, 
or you can start it manually as root).

I haven't used lpr from W2K, I just created an lpr "port" for the
printer driver and had it use that port.
