There was a regression in bsd.python.mk [1] that was recently fixed [2] that
may be related, and I note that audio/py-pylast doesn't use AUTOPLIST, which is
the condition under which the regression was reproducible. 

If you haven't already, can you reproduce the issue after this revision and
report back.
