Thanks for the patch. In the description you mention tap interfaces,
which are used on HVM domains. Since the vif-bridge script is used to
add both tap and xnb interfaces to a bridge, have you tested if this
also work with PV domains that use the xnb interfaces?

Can you also send the patch upstream? There are guidelines about how to
do this at [1].
