If not, what version was it before, and how was the upgrade/migration accomplished? There were (and may still be) some issues with respect to "ELF" vs. "aout" (different ways of laying out the content of binary files), and the migration from the latter to the former (FreeBSD 2.x and prior -> FreeBSD 3.x and following).
