 * If there has been no changes committed after the initial import, you
 * can just do cvs rm the old files and re-import them into new places.
 * If there have been changes, yes, Satoshi or someone should do the
 * repository copy.

You're quite right, so go ahead and re-import both.  A simple bugfix
or two right after the initial import aren't usually enough to warrant
a repository copy, though.  What we are interested in preserving is
real history (upgrade dates, etc.).
