Hi Paul,

Can you please open a docs/* problem report for this?  Feel free to add
`keramida' to the `X-GNATS-Notify:' header.  I'll try to add at least a
reference to pkg_add(1) to read more about the `PACKAGEROOT' environment
variable.

I'm just getting back from a 8-10 day period of ${offline_world} stuff,
but it would be a shame to lose the opportunity to document this,
because it got hidden in the `noise' of the mailing lists.
