Looks fine to me.  Although, if we're going to do a repo copy, perhaps
we can be consistent with doc/ and src/, and call it web.<something>.mk?
Perhaps web.site.mk or similar?  I see a future need for things like
web.images.mk, web.html.mk, and so on. . .
