Sorry, I can't help you on this one.

Is this the KDE tool?  That's a port, not part of FreeBSD.  I'd
recommend you install the supported versions, which work well and are
easier to use.

Do you have /usr/local/bin in your PATH?

This looks like pilot error.  Try changing it with chsh instead.
