I installed 2.2.2, then cvsup'ed the cvs tree, co'ed src/, and proceeded

I've still got a /usr/include/tcl.h, but it's 7.5, and I have a
/usr/local/include/tk.h symlinked to tk4.1/generic/tk.h. My time
for working on ports is getting shorter and shorter, and with things
like this Tcl mess, my patience is moving in the same direction :(
