Adding some more "official" links about this CPU and platform
for anyone interested. Some of them may refer to Power8,
which can be viewed as carrying over plus better to Power9.

The Open Power Foundation / IBM full release, marketing, and public
availability of Power9 seems to be set for 2018q1. So expect more
vendors and so forth at that time.

Note that this platform apparently does not have any closed source
firmware / microcode or BIOS blobs. That means no Intel AMT / ME,
no AMD PSP, etc. Programming documentation should be available.
And seems to perform competetively on a number of fronts / tasking.

Anyway, happy hacking :)
