Buy all means no. I also do not see this as ``functionality''. I can not see how mkdir -v helps in debugging, set +v, yes, mkdir -v, no. Using non posix options in scripting makes non portable scipts, and those who write scripts with non portable options become non portable programmers. > There have been a number of PRs requesting this functionality.
